Murano Attributed Sommerso & Bullivante Art Glass Bowl/Ashtray

This stunning mid-century glass ashtray is confidently attributed to Murano, Italy. Amethyst Plum Triangular Form. The piece features a sculptural triangular form with rounded corners, and a soft-inward pulled rim. It’s crafted in striking amethyst-colored glass with a controlled bullicante bubble pattern spiraling through the interior – a signature of Murano glassmakers. It offers rich optical effects when viewed in light. While unmarked the quality of craftsmanship is consistent with known works by Berbini, Fratelli Toso, or Segusio dating 1950s-1970s. 
Dimensions 5”W x 5’D x 2’H 1960s Original condition unaltered. Excellent vintage condition. No chips of cracks.
